Job Description

• Build and lead a development team in an agile fashion by utilising servant leadership
• Get your hands on the code and actively drive the system architecture
• Play a key part in how our fraud detection/prevention related applications are developed
• Translate use cases into stories or even epics
• Implement metrics for all services to monitor your teams’ success
• Implement code reviews and be responsible for your teams’ code quality
• Work together with our System Administration team to deliver highly available services in our own data center
• Analysing complex problems and constantly improving our technologies
• Coordinate the needs and requirements from stakeholders
• Work closely together with the management team

• Logical thinker: you find/know the way to success
• High affinity for numbers and KPIs
• Very good knowledge of Design Pattern
• Well-structured working methods, quality consciousness, flexibility, team player
• Experienced in:
  
  • Micro Services
  • High traffic apps
  • Caching
  • Persistence layers
  • Continuos Integration
  • Data Analysis like Splunk, Kibana
  • Restful Services
  • GIT
  • PHP frameworks and libraries (composer)
  • TDD and test automation (PHPUnit, Webdriver)
